LinkAI Ltd (“LinkAI”, “we”, “us”), based in Limerick, Ireland, provides LinkAI Route, a software service for routing and managing access to AI providers, plus related dashboards and workflow tooling (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts & security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or provider restrictions.
  • Comply with applicable laws and the policies of upstream AI providers you access through the Service.

5. Fees, subscriptions, and credits

If paid plans are enabled for your account, you may purchase subscriptions and/or prepaid credits. Credits are deducted based on usage as described in your dashboard, statements, or pricing pages.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect and process payment and billing information according to its own policies. We do not store full card numbers.

9. Availability & changes

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that outputs from upstream AI providers will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkAI Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to LinkAI Ltd in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, these terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
