Prepaid credits

  • Unused credits: refundable within 30 days of purchase.
  • Used credits: non-refundable once consumed through API/workflow usage.
  • Partial refunds: if you request a refund, we may refund the unused portion only.

Subscriptions

  • You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period, except where required by law.
  • After cancellation, you typically retain access until the end of the paid period.

Charge disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly (disputes/chargebacks may delay account access while investigated).
