The receptionist that answers when you can’t.
You’re on the tools, on the road, or off the clock. The phone rings out, and that job goes to whoever answers next. LinkAI picks up your missed calls, books the appointment into your calendar, and texts you the details.
Hi, I need a full service for the car. Anything going this Thursday?
Let me check Thursday for you now… I’ve 10am or 2pm free. Which suits?
10 works grand.
Perfect, you’re booked in for Thursday at 10. See you then!
of calls to small service businesses go unanswered during working hours. Most callers don’t leave a voicemail — they ring the next place on the list.
typical value of a single booking. Two missed calls a week is thousands a year walking to a competitor.
your receptionist answers evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and books straight into your real availability.
How it works
No hardware, no new phone, no app for your customers. Your number stays the same; only the calls you miss are handled differently.
Tell us about your business
Register, then describe your shop in a sentence or two. Your opening hours, services and prices are set up from that. Takes about a minute.
Divert missed calls
You get a dedicated Irish number. Dial **61*<your AI number># on your mobile once. From then on, calls you don’t answer go to your receptionist instead of voicemail. Works on Eir, Vodafone, Three and Virgin Media.
Bookings appear in your calendar
The receptionist checks your live availability, offers times, books the slot and emails or texts you straight away. Every call and booking shows up in your dashboard with a one-line summary.
Describe your business. The receptionist follows your rules.
Tell LinkAI your opening hours, services and how you like to handle bookings. It talks to your customers the way you would — and never double-books.

Questions
Anything else, email hello@linkai.ie and a person will answer.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Keep your existing number and set conditional call forwarding so unanswered calls go to your receptionist. We walk you through it in setup.
What happens when I do answer?
Nothing changes. The diversion only applies to calls you miss or decline — answer as normal and the receptionist never picks up.
Will callers know it’s not a person?
There’s an optional disclosure greeting (on by default, recommended under GDPR). The voice is a natural Irish accent; most callers simply make their booking.
What happens to the booking?
It goes straight into your LinkAI calendar, and you get an email (and optional SMS) with the customer’s name, number and the job.
Is my data safe?
No call recordings or full transcripts are stored — only a short summary. Customer phone numbers are masked, in line with Irish and EU GDPR rules.
Try it on your own missed calls
Free trial, no card. If it doesn’t book you a job, turn the diversion off.
