Engagement basics

Every Linkai project is scoped in writing, including deliverables, timelines, and billing cadence. Work begins once both parties sign the proposal or service order.

Client responsibilities

We rely on timely access to your subject-matter experts, systems, and brand guidelines. Delays caused by missing inputs may extend delivery dates.

Intellectual property

Final deliverables become the client’s property after invoices are paid in full. Linkai retains the right to reuse internal frameworks that do not contain client data.

Billing and cancellation

• Most engagements are invoiced monthly in arrears.
• Either party may pause or cancel with 14 days’ written notice.
• Unpaid invoices may pause work until the account is current.
