Platform controls

All Linkai-managed systems use SSO where possible, MFA for administrators, and logging that captures every privileged action. We segment staging and production environments.

Data handling

Client data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.2+ and stored in providers with AES-256 at rest. Access is limited to the small delivery pod assigned to each engagement.

Incident posture

We maintain a documented response plan covering communication, containment, and lessons learned. If a security incident impacts a client, Linkai will notify them within 24 hours.
