Data we handle

Linkai only captures the files, messages, and workflow notes required to deliver each engagement. Once a project ends, we archive worklogs for billing transparency and delete raw assets unless our client instructs us otherwise.

How information is used

We rely on the content you provide strictly to build AI-assisted tools, fulfill support tasks, and improve the reliability of our services. We never train public models on customer data.

Third-party tools

When a workflow requires outside software, we use vetted vendors with encryption in transit and role-based access. A full list of current systems is available upon request.
